Meet Megan

Megan DiBartolo is the founder of Ivy Residential Group and one of the most respected luxury real estate professionals in the Austin, Texas, market. Since launching her career in Houston in 2003 and relocating to Austin in 2006, Megan has built a practice defined by market expertise, innovative marketing, and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ success.

Megan holds the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist (CLMS) designation and the Certified Negotiations Expert credential, reflecting her advanced training in high-end residential transactions. She is a member of The Million Dollar Guild, the Austin Luxury Network, and RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence.

In 2013, Megan created HipPocketz, a pre-MLS and private listing marketplace that was nominated by Inman News as an Innovator of the Year alongside Redfin and Zillow in 2015. This entrepreneurial spirit continues to drive her approach to real estate, where she combines cutting-edge marketing strategies with deep personal attention to every client.

Megan is passionate about giving back to her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Standish Foundation for Child and Family-Centered Healthcare.
